Feasy — Privacy Policy
Feasy Inc., an Idaho corporation Effective date: August 30, 2026 · Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains what Feasy collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to feasydoesit.com, the Feasy web application, and any Feasy account.
2. What we collect
You give us:
- The property address or parcel you look up.
- Geometry you draw or adjust — property lines, structures, paving, trees — and the answers you give about your lot.
- Account details, if you create one: your name and email address. Feasy does not use passwords. You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email, so there is no password for us to store or for anyone to steal.
- Payment details, if you purchase a paid feature. Payments are processed by our payment processor; Feasy does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Anything you send us directly (support messages, waitlist sign-ups, uploaded site plans or surveys).
Collected automatically:
- Basic usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, browser type, approximate region, timestamps — used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not collect more than we need. In particular, Feasy's building-characteristics lookup is keyed by parcel identifier and holds no owner or taxpayer names and no retained street address.
3. How we use it
- Run the feasibility tools and load your parcel.
- Save and restore your work if you have an account.
- Process payments and provide paid features.
- Respond to you, and notify you when coverage expands to your area if you asked.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug.
- Improve accuracy and the product overall.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your property data to target you with third-party advertising.
4. When we share
- Service providers who run infrastructure, hosting, geocoding, analytics, email, and payments on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes.
- Professionals you ask us to connect you with — and only the information needed to make that introduction, only when you initiate it.
- Legal — when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
- Business transfer — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Public and third-party data
Feasy displays parcel, zoning, imagery, and assessor data from public and third-party sources. That data originates with those sources, not with you, and its accuracy and terms are theirs. Your use of mapping and geocoding features is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, except where law requires longer retention. You may ask us to delete your account and associated work at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, and you may withdraw consent to marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Feasy does not collect consumer health data. Requests under any applicable state privacy law may be sent to tryfeasy@gmail.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Feasy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, notified to account holders.
